Join the Rome Area Heritage Foundation for a tour of historic residences in College Heights on Saturday, December 7 from 4:00-7:00, at the fifth annual #ThisPlaceMatters Historic Home Tour! This rare look inside these historic properties is presented as part of the RAHF 2025 Membership Drive. All tickets will come with a one year membership to the Rome Area Heritage Foundation.

#ThisPlaceMatters is a social media campaign developed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to coincide with Preservation Month in May. The program was created to encourage and inspire an ongoing dialogue about the importance of place and preservation billed as an opportunity for "telling the stories of the places we can’t live without." Throughout May and beyond, community members are encouraged to post their favorite historic landmarks and share their personal significance to social media using #ThisPlaceMatters.
